The project is to introduce a city base mini performing art center to promote emerging young artist. According to the Sri Lankan condition, social structure, economic condition, education and citizens, Sri Lanka is known to be a vibrant “multi-cultural country filled with various skills and talent. Though there are large scale and medium scale performing art centers, yet it will not cater for the emerging artists to build up their own path. Therefore the design focuses on helping the emerging young artist who will cater for a small group of audience, who are willing to come up with new innovations and trying to build up their path by them self as well as the audience who will willing to fulfill their entertainment requirement according to their budget. Throughout the design it will emphasize the importance of promoting younger generations’ skills talent and promoting performing arts among the general public
